Watching them preach
But who am I to judge
The people flock around
It's just nothing I would do
We share the same religion
But I express it differently
They ask them on the streets
But I sit here and show
They ask if they would like to talk
I sit here waiting for a friend
Politely, they nod when declined
I just smile non-chalantly
If they came to me I'd just say
That it's okay, I'm like them
I'm just a quiet Christian,
Living a quieter life
Expressing myself through deeds
A collection of poems and short stories, from a long time ago and from today. Some are light hearted, others are more serious, some are simply extracts from larger pieces of ficiton I am writing.

14/09 Christian
12/09 Fae In The Night
They came they did
They came my dear
From over the hills and beyond
They came they did
They came my dear
And held us close to heart
They came they did
They came my dear
And danced us to distraction
They came they did
They came my dear
And stole the youngest away
11/09 Autumn Chant
Sun times
Breezy times
It is now ending
August times
September times
Let the autumn come
10/09 Pack
Let me not be your crutch
But let me be your guide
As we go through this life
Suffering
For I am not a lone bird
I am but one lost from their flock
I see the others
Sparingly
Flying to and fro in a daily life
And eyes meet
And paths cross
But we fly on, going own ways
Suffering
You're not the only one, my dear
You're not the only one crying
There are many others
Many faces
Buts it's okay
It will all be okay
You're one of a pack now

09/09 These
Hunger
Is a feeling
Thirst
Is a necessity
Passion
Is a romance
Laughter
Is an experience
